Registered Share Count Update - The registered (exchanged) share count
as of April 20 is currently at 482 shareholders and 80,843,509 shares.
The Transfer Agent (American Registrar & Transfer Company) is up to date
with the requests for exchange, so if you've been waiting for the last
moment, your time is here. You only have until April 30, 2001. Don't
delay.

We'd like to track shareholders attempts to have their brokerage house
comply with Medinah's request for the list of the brokers non-registered
Medinah clients. If you will, could you Email us at rgodwin@rgm.com or
Fax at (604) 687-4611, listing the shares bought (MDHM or MDMN), the
name of the client account used to purchase the shares, the date of
purchase, the name of the brokerage house used for the purchase and a
contact telephone number for you. We'll have Medinah track your name and
if you don't receive your shares we'll be able to contact you and
recommend a good lawyer.

HERD ON THE STREET

1.    Medinah is now receiving phone calls from market maker brokerage
firms wishing to "make a market" for the stock. Why now?

2.    Many of the retail brokerage houses are JUST awakening to the fact
that their net house position and their position at the Depository Trust
Clearing Corporation and/or The Canadian Depository for Securities do
not match. "What shall we do!", they exclaim.

3.    Almost every trade since March 1 has had failed delivery (the
selling broker has not made delivery of the shares to the buying
brokerage house). Why do the sellers persist is selling us bogus shares?
